WCC Controller Andrea Payton led a prayer for businesses at the Kosciusko County National Day of Prayer May 5. About 130 people attended the event, which took place at the Winona Heritage Center in Winona Lake, Ind., and was part of National Day of Prayer, an annual day of observance designated by the U.S. Congress that takes place the first Thursday of May each year to invite people to pray for the nation.

“This was my first time attending the National Day of Prayer,” said Andrea, “and it was such an honor to be invited to participate. The experience was wonderful. I could feel the Holy Spirit’s presence during the event, and I look forward to participating again next year.”
