LeaderSource

Through his work with LeaderSource, an organization that trains and educates young leaders on the Bible to guide them toward a stronger connection with God, Jim has trained hundreds of indigenous leaders throughout China and other parts of the world. His current ministry involves connecting with and discipling young leaders via the internet, as well as working on research and writing projects to aid their work. Some of the emerging leaders Jim has trained are now flourishing in fruitful ministry around the world.
