Baptism represents the forgiveness and cleansing from sin that comes through faith in Jesus Christ.
On Sept. 25, 37 people, including 21 children, publicly acknowledged that faith and their belief in the gospel message and were baptized at WCC.
“When I went to church camp, I felt like God was standing right beside me,” said Avah Miller, age 10, who was one of the children baptized. I have never felt like that before. I felt like God was there and would never leave my side. I want everyone to know that He is with me, and I am with Him.”
