Salvation Sunday: God’s Kingdom Continues to Grow

Salvation Sunday was celebrated Jan. 15 at WCC. The gospel was intentionally presented to children in the PreK through C456 classes, and afterwards, 21 children asked Jesus to be their forever friend! In celebration, white balloons adorned the stage during services Jan. 22, each balloon representing a child whose life is forever changed.

What exciting news!  Please celebrate these children and pray for them as they continue on their faith journey. Please also pray for the other children who heard the Good News that day, that those with questions will ask them and that the seeds that were planted will take root.
