Close to 400 volunteers and their family members attended the Warsaw Community Church Volunteer Appreciation Picnic July 17 on WCC’s back lawn. Attendees of the staff-coordinated event enjoyed lunch served from food trucks and activities such as bouncy houses, a dunk tank and yard games.
“WCC is so incredibly grateful for all of our wonderful volunteers,” said Laura Robertson, Community Engagement Coordinator and picnic coordinator. “WCC’s leadership and staff were thrilled to celebrate our amazing volunteers and to have an opportunity to say thank you to them for doing the work that makes our church alive and vibrant. We know our ministries would not exist without them. We had a great time celebrating and look forward to the next time we can all be together again.”
