Scripture Union of Uganda
Missions Partner
Dickens Ssenyonjo | Kampala, Uganda
Dickens, who was introduced to Scripture Union Bible Clubs when he was a boy, is now the organization’s national director. Dickens serves because he wants to give back to the organization that had such a major impact on his life. He sees fulfillment of the Great Commission through the fruitfulness and spiritual growth of the Ugandan children and their families.
SUU focuses on helping children and youth follow Jesus, because when families are filled with hope, they can be transformed, as well as the entire nation. The organization has a long history of providing schools with practical life-skills curriculum and the resources needed to offer Bible studies, clubs and devotionals.
