Thirty-four students and nine volunteers participated in the C456 Fourth Grade Excursion June 24. The event, which was planned and hosted by Leon Brenneman, a C456 volunteer teacher, provided an opportunity for students to learn more about and share the hope of the Gospel while enjoying a variety of outdoor activities. Good weather added to the event’s success.

“Students and adults alike had an amazing afternoon full of sun and fun,” said Jada Rhodes, C456 Program Leader.” Many students tried new activities like shuffleboard and rock climbing, while everyone enjoyed the pool, the putt-putt competition and of course, S’mores over the campfire.”
